Taranis Blade 350 QX 2.0 Version:2.0
(6 votes)

Alright  just updated my Blade 350 QX with firmware 2.0

This is a work in progress

SF - UP Throttle hold (throttle kill)

SF- DOWN Throttle release (you need to have this switch down to start motors)

SA - Master mode switch

SA - UP - Stability Mode

SA - MID - Smart/AP/Agility (Acro) (use SB to select)

SA - DOWN - RTL

SB - Secondary mode switch

SB - UP - Smart Mode

SB - MID - AP mode

SB - DOWN - AGILITY Mode (Acro)

SC - HIGH/MED/LOW rates (MUST BE IN HIGH RATES TO START MOTORS)

Flight modes 1-5 have been set up so when you use the switches it will display on the screen which flight mode you are in.  I haven't recorded any wav files for the flight modes yet.

The reason I set up the mode switches the way I did is so i can easly switch to Stability mode or RTL quickly.  Switch SA overrides switch SB.

I also had my sliders and pots controlling ELE, AIL, and RUD +25% when in AP mode but i removed that from this EEPE to make it simple. I used them for very fine constant movement when filming. Let me know if anyone wants it.

Let me know what you think of the set-up!

Enjoy!

Hello, I know I'm very very late to this game but I just bought a 350 QX2 (for $35) I'm trying to get it to arm the motors and all it ever does is the very short and quick beeps. They only stop in this switch configuration:
SF UP (armed)
SA MID
SB MID
which puts the copter in AP Mode.
they also stop beeping in this switch configuration:
SF UP (armed)
SA and SB in any possition
Throttle CH1 at exact 0 (middle)
from here moving rudder CH2 (left or right) starts beeping again.

I'm in high rates with all Channels operating between -100 and 100.

I'm trying to arm by moving both sticks down and in. Or by moving the throttle stick left and right while SF DOWN.

Motors don't want to arm... any help?

I am using a hack module using a Spektrum DX5 RF board. I had to make a few tweaks to your program in ordere to get it too work. If anyone wants a copy then I will post it.

Thanks for all the hard work.

I have read that the servos should be set at 80% to match Spektrum travel, I noticed in your settings thatb they are 100%.

Does this this make any difference?
